Refund policy

At DigiHora, every purchase gives you immediate access to digital course content and a complimentary one-on-one session. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, the following terms apply.

Digital courses

Once you have accessed a course — meaning you have opened, viewed, or started any course content after purchase — the sale is final and non-refundable. This is because our courses are digital products delivered immediately, and access cannot be returned.

If you have purchased a course but have not yet accessed any of its content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at info@digihora.com. Refunds for unaccessed courses are issued to the original payment method.

One-on-one sessions

Each course includes a complimentary one-on-one session booked through our scheduling system. This session is part of the course package and has no separate cash value. If you have booked but not yet attended your session, you may reschedule it. Sessions are non-refundable once a course has been accessed.

Consultancy and Quick Fix sessions

For standalone paid sessions (such as Business Growth Consultancy, the 30-Minute Quick Fix & the knowledge refuel), you may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.

Live workshops

Seats are limited and reserved on purchase. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, though you may transfer your seat to a future workshop or send someone in your place. If DigiHora cancels or reschedules, you'll receive a full refund or a seat at the next available date.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your course and our team is unable to resolve it, please contact us — we will work with you to fix the problem or, where appropriate, provide a refund.

How to request a refund

Email info@digihora.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
